1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User") and magga888 ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs access to and use of the magga888.org website, mobile application, games, sports betting services and all related services provided by magga888.

By accessing or using any part of the magga888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood this Agreement. This acceptance takes effect automatically when you click the registration button, log in, make a deposit, or take any other action indicating use of the platform.

This Agreement should be read together with the magga888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form a complete agreement between you and us.

2. User Registration and Account

• One Account Per Individual: Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual — including using different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances.
• Identity Verification: magga888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Acceptable documents include the national identity card (MyKad), passport and other official documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the set period may result in the account being suspended.
• Password Security: Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. magga888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of a password to a third party.
• Obligation to Keep Information Current: Users must update their account information if any changes occur. Failure to do so may affect the processing of withdrawals and account reviews.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

magga888 services are RESTRICTED to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have reached the age of 21 or older on the date of registration;
• You are an individual legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement;
• Your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you;
• You are not registering on behalf of any other individual or ineligible entity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

magga888 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

• Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the payment method and any required security checks.
• Payment Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• Additional Verification: magga888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or new accounts.

Any attempt to carry out transaction fraud, money laundering or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the related account will be terminated immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

magga888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and the following terms.

• Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• VIP Programme: VIP programme members are eligible for weekly cashback depending on their membership level — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%.
• One Bonus Per Individual: Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or shared payment method.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Right to Modify Promotions: magga888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game and Betting Rules

magga888 provides a range of game types including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, as well as sports and esports betting. Each game and betting category has its own specific rules.

• Game Results: All game results are final once a round or bet has been completed in accordance with the established game mechanics.
• Technical Disruptions: Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session, magga888 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly based on server records. Results that can be verified through server records are considered valid.
• Sports Betting: Odds for all sporting events are subject to change. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed will not be altered except under circumstances defined in the sports betting rules.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, related bets will be settled according to the specific policy applicable to that event.
• Betting Limits: magga888 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any game or event at any time.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the magga888 platform:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions improperly (bonus abuse);
• Using a false identity, another person's account, or any misleading information;
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems;
• Receiving or transferring funds through the platform for the purpose of money laundering or financing illegal activities;
• Making false accusations, threats, or engaging in abusive conduct towards customer support staff;
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors discovered — users are required to report any bugs to our support team.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

magga888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• magga888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The user fails to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period;
• A request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the current policy.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Valid balances will be returned subject to identity verification and fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

9. Responsible Gambling

In circumstances where magga888's liability cannot be fully excluded, our liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

magga888 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via:

• Email to the address registered in the user's account;
• A notification through the platform upon the next login.

Continued use of the magga888 platform after changes to the terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

magga888 operates under a recognised international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days from the date the dispute arises. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing authority.
